Terms of Service

Visora provides tools to create, host, and share online portfolios. Features may change over time. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it current;
• Maintain the security of your credentials;
• Be responsible for activity under your account;
• Be at least the age of majority where you live, or have verifiable consent as required by law.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Visora a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service (including showing your published portfolio to visitors).

You represent that you have the rights to your content and that it does not violate these Terms or applicable law. We may remove or restrict content that we reasonably believe violates law or these Terms or harms the Service or others.

You will not use Visora to:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights;
• Upload malware, scrape or overload systems without permission, or bypass security;
• Send spam or deceptive communications;
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliations in a harmful way.

The Visora name, branding, software, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted here, these Terms do not grant you any rights in our property.

The Service may integrate with third parties (for example authentication or analytics). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VISORA AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.

You may stop using Visora at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if we must comply with law, or if we discontinue the Service (where practicable, with reasonable notice). Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity behind Visora, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.

We may modify these Terms. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
